They called - its a scam based out of the bahamas - they dont abide by any guidelines of the USA. Report them to the proper state agencies such as the CFPB.
Caller ID showed Elite Auto. Party hung up when I answered; I guess their computer had another answer just before me and no open workers to play with me.
