The caller, apparently using a cell phone, called me at 9:06p and woke me up from sound sleep as I was on medication. Caller did not leave any message, however. If the caller was making calls for telemarketer or advocacy organizations but using personal cell phone, s/he may be subject to fraud. Moreover, unless it's a personal call, calling anyone after 8pm in this town is almost unheard of. If the caller is conducting surveys on my views on politicians or party allegiance issues, don't bother. One more call from you, you'll have lost me with my party affiliation. Take note of it.
