Who called from 5713923716

Received a call from this number 571-392-3716 on 08/04/2014. The person calling knew my name. Ask who was calling and they hung up the phone. Called back and got a recording saying "you have reached a number that is no longer in service".

Just got a call from (571) 392-3716. Didn't answer and left no message. On DNC. Will be added to my automatic reject call list.

In the last two days I have been repeatedly getting calls from this number as well as 571-392-3717....just one digit off.  I have both numbers on my Call Block list but somehow they still get through.   Can someone recommend a free Number Blocking app for Android phones?   Maybe mine sucks.   I use CallFilter.    Thanks

Called on my cell phone at 2:14 PM.  I did not answer since I do not accept calls from unknown area codes and numbers.

571-392-3716 and caller ID said "Virginia." I let it go to voice mail and they hung up. The only person I know from that town  doesn't have this number.
