Who called from 5714020714

got two calls in the last two days, no one is on the line and when you call back it says call cannot be connected

Call several times a day.  No one says anything and call disconnects.  I want to know why and how would this benefit them, other than wasting our time.

Same thing, a 10 second voice mail left, broken sound like from a foreign VOIP call center. Not even sure they knew the call had been connected.

It just started with me. I'm blocking them from now on...

They called; I did not answer; they did not leave a message.
