I also received a voice mail from the irs phone number of 800-829-1040 requesting to call them back at 571-408-7006. It was a male speaking with a foreign voice.
He stated something similar to:
The reason of my call, we have received a legal potion notice against your name under your social security # regarding tax fraud.THe lawsuite is going to be filed in federal claim courthouse today. 571-408-7006. And now please know that a know available arrest warrant has been issued on your name. As 5 criminal allegations have been pressed.
It was hard to understand him
I'm now reporting this number to the federal trade commissions online complaint form.
Report the Calls to the real IRS here:

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
If these call weren't so annoying they'd be laughable. The guy called from: (213) 457-0576 and told me also to call the 571-408-7006 number and said he had arrest warrants out for me. Ha! It makes me sick. I just hope no one believes this crap!
Ha! Just got the same call this morning. I thought it was my brother-in-law messing with me, as he tends to do! Vulnerable people will fall for this scam, unfortunately, and will provide their SS numbers to these cretins.
