Is calling about 4-5 times a day, will hang up if answered.  When calling back, first says please hold for a representative, then urges you to press 1 about 5 times to answer trivia texts for a chance to win $50,000, then again says please hold for a representative, then hangs up at the end of the hold music.  It hangs up at the exact same time all the time, so there are no representatives.  It is just spamming trying to get you press 1, but does not give you any way to get off of their call list.  Pretty sure that is not allowed.
