Who called from 5714181404

Called few minutes ago.  PhoneTray software on my computer picked up, played SIT, and announced that this number is no longer in service since I blocked all 571 area code numbers (lots of illegal calls from this area in the past).  Could not hear any background noise, no recording, just "click".

Just called I called back and a recording said to leave your name and number and a rep will get back with you soon. The company name is peoples bank

Tired of getting these calls in the usual telemarketing time.  CID just indicates out of area.  They sometimes let it ring long enough to trigger answering machine, but no message ever left.  Other times, it only rings once or twice.  Do not know who this is, but they are now blocked.

I get calls from this number multiple times a night 7 days a week.  No one ever leaves a message, and when I have picked up no one is on the line.
