Enterprise, National and Alamo are now all owned by the same company. It might be Enterprise that owns them all, so I would not worry if you rented from any of these companies and they stated it was Enterprise. I got a call from this number they wanted to do a survey about my recent rental with National.
I recieved a call from this number twice....the first time I was unavailable and no messsge was left. Today I recieved another call and they asked for my husband after stating that he wasn't home the man quickly hung up. So, of course I had to goggle it....the posts on this webpage helped me realize that it was Enterprise Car Rental. We rented a car this weekend. So, I called the number and the recording was quick to say that they have a right by law to call people to conduct this survey and will be calling back before the recording hung up in my face they gave me an 1-800 to call if I didnt want them to call again. And I dont!!!! And I'm sure you dont either so here it is 1-800-864-8601.
I missed a call from this number this evening, no message left. I did recently rent from Enterprise and was told i'd get a customer satisfaction inquiry call, so seeing here that it's a number for an Enterprise survey company is helpful. Thanks.
I received a call at 8:50 EST from this number. I did not pick it up because I did not recognize it. However, after reading the above it is probably a satisfaction survey about the car I just rented from Enterpirse.
