Yay - I get to start one of these threads finally. Anyway, call display flagged this number as being from Virginia, but I'm in Alberta and not expecting any calls from that part of the world. And since several other Virginia numbers I've received have been the usual service scam or telemarketing, I'm assuming this is another one of those.
Caller ID says it's from Herndon, VA. I don't know anybody from there. It's best to not answer these calls because all they want to know is what is a good time for a real human being to answer.
I get a lot of these telemarketing, debt collection, fake Microsoft, Nigerian prince type of calls. One day, when I'm not busy, I'm thinking of answering and playing along with them.
