Believe this to be the same outfit that calls on 571-441-0130, which is reportedly the Faternal Order of Police. Most likely a solicitation, but could also be scammers spoofing this number. Answer at your own risk. It's unfortunate that legitimate charities also suffer from the scammers. Who wants to answer the phone anymore? I believe the larger legitimate charities can exert more pressure on our elected officials to bring these scammers to justice than any other group of individuals.
