I put him on hold to google, as I could hear TONS of background chatter, and POOF!
Male caller, asking for our Accounting Manager. Refused to leave a voicemail, said he'd call back later. Google search found this: http://us.worldfirst.com/
Their on LinkedIn, and you'd think they'd realize that the day of cold calls is over. Over as in; Dinosaurs are over.

He WANTED our RLG (Reverse Logistics) division, but was so ill-informed that he thought RLG was the COMPANY name, and was SUPER confused when I answered with the company name.
HA! World First, really. Cold callers are bad enough, but CLUELESS cold callers? HA!
