I get the calls as well, I think its Joel Orstein Ministries, at least I recognize the voice from that religious channel. If it's not I apologize, but it's their fault for ALL sounding the same. That's a regular occurrence with yelling, everyone sounds like the same noise.
Register ALL your numbers at www.donotcall.gov, and note it every time and anytime you get a call from them and submit a complaint, especially if they use a different number it might take a few tries but with enough complaints 'hopefully' the donotcall.gov folks will respond. Its illegal for a non-government organization to have a .gov web url so I'm believing it to be a real place to send these complaints to.
