Asked "Who is this?" Said he was John Smith with heavy foreign accent. Claimed to be with an auto insurance company I had never heard of. Have had almost exactly the same call from 804-201-7506. Both are cell phone numbers originating from Virginia. Asked to be removed from call list, but believe the scammers just change number and call again. You can hear many other voices in background. Call several times a day and up to almost 9pm.
