Called and said they were the IRS and a lawsuit is being filed against me and to call them back. Called back twice. You could hear they were in a large room with alot of telephone noise going on. They had atrocious accents that sounded west asian (India or Pakistani maybe). I had to have the guy spell his name out: c o l e c a r t e r. Yea...right. They both hung up when I started asking them questions about them. Total scam. Filed an FTC complaint.

They have called me twice,...leaving a message. IRS does not use a 571 area code. I have worked with IRS in the past and this is not how they operate.....they actually have more scruples then threatening people.
