CL Ad: Selling a Military vehicle. Person states "carrier" will pay 1/3 and other 2/3 thru Pay Pal. Never calls, only text me. I found this person is in Virginia, somewhere; I'm in California. Smells and sounds like a scam. I've reported this to CL and the local authorities.
