I got a call from this number on my cell phone, which had the same area code and exchange, on 1/22/13. I answered and heard some guy speaking Spanish; it sounded like a recording. Then they hung up. Called back, heard a recording (in English) about having reached a "pinger" number, and told me to go to pinger.com.
