got message machine recording of: "Officer Franklin Benjamin, tax audit division of IRS, illegal tax evasion, warrant for your arrest, call us back" stuff. Our local newspaper has been reporting these kinds of scams for weeks lately; they want money sent to them "to fix the problem".
