Received call from 571-527-9725.  Same as others, you've won a feree gift card from Walmart.  Recently AT&T told me if you text back with the word 'stop' that they must stop. It costs me .20 cents to receive txt & .20 cents to text stop, but if it works (?!) then I'll save in the long run.
