I recommend blocking it as this person is a scammer pretending to work for the government. When I asked him to verify his employee # he become rude called me a dumbass. The number is a virtual number assigned by Google voice to make it look like he calling from Washington.

Do yourselves a favor and tell them to go to hell. It's a scam.
