they called me, I let the answering machine pick up the call. they said my name was used in tax fraud and to call 202-738-4446 to avoid any civil or criminal legal actions against me. it sounded like it was a pre recorded message. if it is legit I will Waite for correspondence thru the mail. sounded like a scam to me.
I do not answer any, and I do mean any, phone calls that do not leave a message with their name and what they want. If it is money or selling something, they are barking up the wrong tree. Life is hard and most people are struggling to pay their bills. Give it up!
