Got a call from this number and they left a very fake-sounding message from "Matrix Medical" telling me to call 1-855-403-0967 (which is another SCAM number posted on this great site) about health assessment, etc. Caller ID says "Woodbridge VA" Probable scam.

The messages left from Matrix Medical said they were partnered with my health insurance. So I called my health insurance company. They ARE a legitimate service offering in home "health screenings" for free thru the health insurance company. I had health ins company remove me from their lists as I did not want an in home health screen. Unfortunately Heath ins company gave them my phone #!!!
