Number issued through the Verizon office in Washington VA, which is the source for 90% of the tie-line robo-called numbers on Northern Virginia exchanges, 99% of those are scammers and fraudsters. If the Washington VA office were shut down, a truly significant decrease in telephone terrorism would result. Blocked.
Appears to be another spoofed, robo-called number on a tie-line. Number may be pirated from a private party, apparently a new and increasingly popular tactic of the telephone terrorists. Blocked.

I agree with Andrew and Raj. This number may also be tied into the 703-382-64XX gang, as they call several times daily and follow each other, even though they have been blocked for months. The 571 number shows up on Caller Id as "Out of Area," which rings the alarms, and the 703 numbers always show up as "Springfield VA." However, the 571 number is traced to Americash, another member of the vast rogue herd of mortgage and Refi animals tied into Quicken Loans. Apparently these Devils think that daily harassment calls are an approved marketing technique.
