Got a missed call on my cell 6/13/08 at 7:30am from (571) 608-2380, left no message.  I'm in Canada (Toronto area), and can trace the area code back to Northern Virginia and parts of Washington, DC. Also, found it on a webpage for someone in Columbia. I called the number back says number not in service one time, call cannot be completed another time. Wierd....
