Who called from 5716398426

If you get a call from this number it is a total scam. They told me they were the IRS and that I owed them money.

Have gotten 3 calls from that number with an automated message stating that I am being sued by the IRS.  Any ideas on how to stop it?  I don't answer.

Comes up as "Cell Phone" in caller ID.  3 calls and messages today.  Leaves auto message to return call immediately and phone number and "file number."  No other reference / name given.

Given the notes from others here that it's someone pretending to be the IRS, I'm putting this number on call block list right now.

recorded message saying IRS was suing me. called back, Asian accent started to say "Homeland...." then "IRS" . I asked if she knew what it meant to impersonate a federal official and she hung up. I kept calling back until I got bored with it.
