Received call today from David Cooper "India" speaking male stating he was a Attorney, they have a case against me and wants my credit card information to stop the legal action. Can not understand him and speaks fast and won't slow down to give details as in how do i owe them and from what and who are they reprsenting. Received prior calls that were similar but from State of Fl, but told me they were from the Texas State Attorney Generals office, again could not give details. Hang up this is a scam.
I received a call this morning from this very strange number from an "indian" accent male; asking for me or my lawyer to call back the very minute I hear this message? No other message. Be careful it sounds to me like a scan is going on.

I received the same call from James Murphy Indian speaking male stating that he was an Attorney. They have this case against me and asked me to settle out of court and asking for credit card information. I have reported them to the FTC and Attorney General a week ago and I am still receiving these phone calls. The same person is calling from VIrginia and also New York under a different number same name. I blocked them from my cell phone but they are still harassing and have my work number. This is a scam.
