I got a call from this number threatening me with a civil and a criminal law suit. I have researched this number and it is not attached to any law firm or businesses. And their message they sounded extremely threatening and unprofessional. It appears to be a landline but I'm not sure of the name of the company.
They are a scam! They even called my boss saying that they were coming to issue me papers with and all kinds of nonsense. I'm not sure how they even got my information!
Im not the type of person that usually accrues a number of different loans or debt, but in certain situations i understand that people might be in need of fast cash or a loan to help with their financial problems! For all of you individuals complaining about the telephone calls maybe you all should of thought about the consequences of taking out a pay day loan. READ THE FINE PRINT, you have 2 weeks to pay off a borrowed payday loan and when it is not paid there is an interest rate for most loans at almost 700%. They can sue you for triple the loan balance.This company in particular as well as the other institutions contacting you because if there is one Im sure most of you have an obscene amount of debt already that you are trying to run from....they are trying to help you be responsible and pay back what you borrowed and spent. The economy now is so poor because of people that can not or will not should I say pay back their debts or bills. If your going to borrow a loan PAY IT BACK WHEN IT IS DUE OR DON'T TAKE ONE OUT AT ALL. ITS SIMPLE!!! Anyways this company helped my daughter and I pay back a loan she took out due to stupidity and we actually got a 50% settlement saving a lot of money, now don't get me wrong their messages are a little threatening but would you call back if they left a boring message saying hey Im calling you about that bill or bills and/or loans you attempted to steal you owe from last year they are still past due, and need to be paid call me when you decide to pay your debts back to society, I think not. These loan institutions can and will sue you that's what they are retained for so next time you decide to try and steal money and think you don't have to pay it back, how about just don't do it. The people that I worked with were very nice and understanding and did work to help me get the best deal for my daughter so in other words these people are not a scam, you people are the scam trying to get away with paying your bills. Some of you are just plain sad and sorry [***] excuses for people. YOU and i repeat YOU are the biggest reason the economy is failing, you all should be disgusted with yourselves!!!
