I tried following up on another phone number which called me first, (801-871-9484) which turns out to be an unknown research marketing survey call. I no sooner hung up from making that call when in comes this call from 571-732-0600. When I did a Google search it turns out to be http://www.nextwaveathome.com/ which appears to hire home workers to make phone calls.
So the previous phone number records your calling in and then has NextWave@Home call you.
