I get these calls all the time from "Google". Once (when I first opened my business), I was really concerned by this phone call and quickly found out that it is an aggressive and expensive sales pitch by a company that is not even affiliated with Google. Oh, and they have no interest in "updating your Google listing" if you're not interested in spending $500+ a month with them. Every time they call, I add that number to my auto-reject list, but they are one of those [***] companies that constantly call from different area codes and phone numbers.
I've been getting one a day of these. Seems to be the new trending scam. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer the phone. If it's important, they'll leave a message. If no message, I run the number through here and add it to my call blocker. These people are parasites. PARASITES.

Another fake Google listing service. There must be hundreds of these clowns or just a few with lots of phone
exchanges. Who wants to list with Google anyway, it will just open the door for endless spam e-mails and more
tel calls. JUNK & DELETE.
