Just received a call from this number for the 3rd time this week. My mother who lives 100 miles from me also received a call from 571-777-9012 an hour ago. They both say "Washington DC" when it's really a Virginia area code.
I get a call from them almost every day. They say "Hello? Is Joe there? ARE YOU THERE?" and then they hang up. It sounds like a robot voice. VERY SCARY!!!!
