I was interested in a french bulldog puppy. The persons name was Carmen Ray, who lived in Fargo, ND. They wanted $475 for puppy and delivery. I asked them to take $400 flat and Carmen was okay with that. She said she would register the puppy for shipping, and the shippers would contact me first thing the next morning. They shippers claimed to work for a company called "Fast Pet Movers" in Bronx NY, that was where all the money went. Anyways, the next morning @ 8:44 a.m I get a call confirming my address and they tell me to check my email and in the email would be instructions to transfer the money, and the info I needed to send. So needless to say, he got me for $400. A couple hours later, 2.5 hours before the puppy was to depart so to speak, I get a call from him saying to check my email it was an emergency. I get online check my email and see that now I need to rent a ventilated crate for my puppy to make it to me safely through the hazardous weather. First class crate was $1800, second class crate was $1400, and third class crate was $900. He said you could rent or buy, that if you rent, you would get your money back in cash upon delivery of the puppy. We argued with him for quiet a minute, me being excited to get my puppy and the way they had it set up looked legit, so we sent the $900 becoming a total of $1300. I was just ready to get everything done so I could get my puppy. Well, let me tell you, he's done this before and has plenty of times. I've filed a report with western union and they're going to work with local law enforcement to investigate my case. I've called the company they claimed to work for, western union.... their voice mail is set up through Google voice, and text mail. When I looked the company up to gather general information the text mail company is from Isreal! Beware of any scam, especially this guy. If you are a victim, have a voice and do something about it. The Better Business Bureau told me a lot of people are silent bc they feel nothing will be done. I'm not, this is not okay and I want him punished for this. I will do whatever is in my power to get him busted. Dealing with this stuff be sure to save every email or message.

Call western union or whoever you used to transfer the money tell them and they'll give you a case number to give to local law enforcement to start investigation

yes, this person is a scammer. On Oodle he is trying to sell animals, going by 2 different names too. His location is listed as near Los Angeles, then he will text you an e-mail from a different number 307-278-2350, then send you an e-mail that the cats are in another state and tell you how to send the money. The email is [email protected]
