This number 1-571-907-0859 called my voicemail at 5:30am but didn't say anything. I think I know who it is. See, the day before, my voicemail service emailed me that I had a call from 1-800-448-9570. Unfortunately I accidently deleted it before I got to hear the message if they left one. But I searched the number online and found that it belongs to NCO. A bogus collection agency.
