PayPal scammers don't give information.

Wanted to PayPal for item and have driver pick up ASAP, sounded sketchy.

Offered to purchase item listed on Craigslist. Was going to send " Certified Bank Check via Postal service Express mail or UPS overnight delivery". These offers are always scams.
Name listed was Ceres Schwab.

Received email from John Turner at 571-969-5534. email address [email protected]. Wanted to buy table and chairs from me on craigslist austin tx and pay $1200. Said it was for anniversary. Tried to call his number and it was some funcky thing that would not let me talk to him. Thank goodness I put this number and googled it and found this information. I am over caustious selling to people on craigslist so i did not give out any information, thank goodness. He said he would send a certified cashiers check in the mail via us postal. For me to cash the check and let him know when I had my money and then he would arrnge for local pickup. He was even going to pay $30 extra because he did not get back with me yeaterday and I had to hold the table for him. How do we shut this guy down.

This person e-mailed me under the name John Turner offered to purchase item listed on Craigslist. Was going to send " Certified Bank Check via Postal service Express mail or UPS overnight delivery" and send a friend to pick up the item. Glad I found this post before I responded.
