Who called from 5719891397

Every day I got calls from this phone about 10-15 times in one month. But nobody answer when I take the call.

Phone owner constantly called me. It is very abusive. Can anyone or instigation to prevent this caller. It validated privacy law.

They called twice in a row on Wed 3/29. Did not answer, have blocked. Area code 571 is legit, the town of Woodbridge, VA is legit, but I'm getting inundated by spam calls from 571-402-xxxx or 571-989-xxxx.
