Strange caller - mumbles bizarre phrases and seems like he may have psychiatric issues.

Caller left no message. The 119 exchange doesn't exist for the 610 area code, so this number must be spoofed. Probably scammers from outside the USA.

They called twice harassing my mother cursing and threatening her. She contacted the phone company
