Some idiot telemarketer I guess. Have gotten a couple of these. There is no 168 prefix in the 610 area code. Nice to know our Federal Govt Do Not Call list is taking care of these people. That list is worthless!

It is some low lifes using a device that sends a fake caller ID number. They are saying they are calling from the PECO Discount Center - they are trying to get customers switched to another electricity provider. Unfortunately you cannot block the number as they change it on a daily basis at minimum. If you are (1) lucky enough to answer the phone and get a connection and (2) patient enough to wait for one of the clowns to come on the line - the unprofessional idiot will immediately hang up once you (a) ask to be placed on the Do Not Call list or (b) question where / how they got your information or (c) ask for a return call-back number.
