I am writing letters of complaint about this caller

Tell this caller to drop deals

calls, leaves no message, caller id just says pennsylvania. no one on line at all and if you try calling back, recording says number is not in service.

the calls are from MET ED these calls should not be allowed by scammers and sales people, everyone wants a kickback... wish I could get one!

The calls AREN'T allowed but scammers don't care. Why do you think they spoofed a non-existent number? NO phone number or area code in the US or Canada begins with a 0 or a 1. If you ever see a number like that don't answer & block it if you can.
