Likewise, no one there when I answered. Found that this is an invalid number per numberguru.com

This number called today at 7 PM. It is an invalid phone number according to Intelius.  I live in this area code, and have been receiving a series of calls, mostly from invalid numbers, from the 610 area code, since July 20. The numbers are
610-225-3415,
610-755-4646 (TRION Group) (acc. to 800notes: "may be elegible for a discount from PECO"),
610-255-3939 (valid number, located below Kennet Square,),
610-165-7805 (invalid number),
610-168-9616 (invalid number), and this one,
610-188-5400 (invalid number).
No messages left on any of the calls.I suspect they may be related, and may be part of the scam we have been warned about, where people are being talked into believing that the government will help them with their power bills, if they will send a reduced payment to a certain place. Of course, the payment is stolen, and all the suckers get is a late notice from their power company.

Thanks for the information.  You would think these morons would know nobody answers the phone without knowing who it is.
