The woman on the phone said she was calling from "The Sponsored Heart Program" (a fake name- I couldn't find it anywhere) and asked me if my current mortgage rate was still the same. She guessed the wrong percentage, and I told her I wasn't going to answer those questions. Then, she asked me if there was a reason why I wasn't interested in her "verbal quote" for a mortgage, and tried to get more information. These people have called from a local number and left a blank voice mail message each day for over a week. They are annoying, and most likely, unscrupulous.
