Rec'd. call from this number on my cell.  Soliciting for ins.  Kept calling back but no one would pick up.

It's a recording - I just hung up

Just got a call from them, left a 2 second silent voicemail. Called back and pressed '3' to have my number removed from their calling list; hopefully it works.

I recieved a call from them this afternoon around 3:30 with a silent voicemail.  I guess they're still going since it's almost a month after most of the posts! Ugh

Nope.  They're still in business.
