He called 8:35am Friday morning and said Hi, then I said Hi he said his name was Dan and then said Hello, Hello, and I said Hi again and then he hung up on me. The inbound number showed Glenolden, Pa.,
These people just called me concerning a security system and when I declined I became persistent on finding out a little more information about them. I was able to keep the caller on the line for a few minutes and when it appeared he was trying to terminate the conversation I requested to speak to a manager who was unable to provide me with any details at all or even a phone number to the corporate office.
She said her name was Christy and that she would call me back with the number. She then asked for my full name and I told her she could call me Brian.
When I began asking questions concerning the company the people I spoke with became very uncomfortable and appeared to have no customer relation skills at all.
The call began by the person on the other end stating that they were with DHS ... but the manager I spoke with called the company Home Security Specialists.
don't you get it? there is no system to sell you. they want your personal info. much more value-able!

I received this call at 5:00 pm on June 21, 2013. They did not leave a message but from what I saw on this message board, they are a "home security" company scam.
