They contacted my work, and then when i called them back they were fast talking and wouldn't tell me a whole lot except that I was going to have 3 counts brought against me with possible arrest. Check fraud, money laundering, and missuse of money. That i owed $300.00 to "cash advance" but wouldn't give me any contact info for the company. I have never in my life taken a payday loan. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the police.
This is a scam. They callee stating I owed someone named cash advance. I do not owe these people. So I told them I looked up all the billion other numbers they call my cell phone and job with and told them I know it's a scam. The lady got all crazy talking about watch what she is going to do to me. I said if its real send me something in the mail. She said they have to many people to call and that they don't have time for that. Told her if it was a real company they would already have a form for that. Then I let her know I will be playing on their phones all day. So they keep hanging up on me
This is the second time in a year they have tried this crap. First time it was about owing money. Now with this time tgey say they have all my bank info and will screw with my credit report if I don't call them back. They leave numbers though. Bad idea on them as I'm not afraid to say exactly what I'm thinking. Especially since you can't understand what they are trying to say nor understand english themselves!
I'm going to find out everything I can and sue them for harassment and threatening me and my well being. If I remember this site, I'll post everything I get on them to help anyone else who wishes do something about them as well.
Non-English speaking, very creepy man said he was going to make all kinds of trouble for me if I did not call him back immediately. Said he had all kinds of personal information about me. Smarmy and threatening. I think it's referring to some kind of debt they think I owe, but I don't owe anyone I'm not paying, so I it's got to be fraudulent. I wish I knew where he was located - his area is local to me, but with all the ways you can get phone numbers it's hard to tell. Very hard to understand and lots of background noise.

And he said he didn't had it..1st I don't owe no advance america no $ and 2nd if it was
A legal matter he should have every documentation. This needs to stop
