Don't dial star 60 to block a call if you have Verizon. They charge 50 cents A DAY for a blocked call. Found out the hard way. It will cost you a fortune.
Dave's right. I called the number back and it gave me the same website and their toll free number is 800.676.9233 if you want to call them. There is an option to remove your number when you call. They are domestic telemarketers i.e. they pride themselves on using on-shore workers to do political calls et al.
Hard to believe that the previous call from this number was reported back in October! Are we who receive calls from this number a select group? I hate people who spend their days pestering people with unsolicited phone calls to private residences. The least they could do is identify themselves on the caller ID, and leave a message.
The number can not be blocked unless enough people complain that they are breaking the rules.. I apologized to this Latino sounding man because I thought I had called them by accident while programming my phone- assumed that was the end of it. Instead the calls continue. To try and be removed, the mailbox is always full. If you answer,they hang up.
They ARE affiliated with MANTA. So I know I will never give that company any business. They are level 3, so they can get by the marketing restrictions.
Already called attorney general and submitting forms.
