No, NOT a legit company. Scam artists on the reported scam lists already! Donna, are you working for them or what? They do not follow protocols for legitimate businesses and are simply playing on weak minded people who don't know any better. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISITS!!!!
I get calls for the last two women who had my number constantly - I've received less than a dozen unknown numbers that were actually for me in the last year - and these people wouldn't identify who they were calling for, asking me for my information since "obviously the call was for me". I've gotten two calls from them so far.
This is not a legal law firm, it is a debt collector. A ligit law firm would not call you they would just file a suite against you. Look them up in the Bar [***] in their state. They dont even hold a law degree!
I was being harrassed for a bill I do not owe. The guy I had talked with said he was a lawyer for the people he said I owed. I told him that I had responded on the bill 2 times and to him 2 times that I do not owe that bill and if he continued to harrass me for this money I would take him to court, as well as to stop calling me period. He tried to bully me and I said I may be a woman but I am not a nieve(?) one that you think you can walk all over. I have not heard from them again in almost a year till just a couple of moments ago. However, when they call if they should talk on my machine so I know who is calling and it being a person I should answer and tell them the same thing. They can not continue to harrass anyone especially if you tell them you do not owe this bill or that you're not the person they are looking for. They will try to find out if you know the person and try to go through you but tell them to quit calling you and they have to. It is your right. If you owe the money I am not sure if you can tell them to leave you alone and they have to or not, sorry.
I agree with Dick, this is debt collectors not a law firm. Do not let them get to you the way they had tried with me and many others. The first call I received they told me they were lawyers so I told them to sue their clients for money they want, I do not owe them anything.
I have gotten 2 calls/voicemails from them in the last week. Both were the same--asking me to call them and reference the ID number they gave me and ended by saying it was "an attempt to collect a debt and any information would be used for that purpose." I was suspicious because they did not use my name in the message and because I do not have any debts that are in collection. I have not received any notification by mail.
