this fool keep callin me about some lawsuite said his name was Jack Martin from some kind of law firm then when i cuss him out fo the bs call he calls me a f@g%# and a p*&$y and hangs up if i find out where he is its on and poppin
recieved a call from this number the guy says his name is Charles Jacob but has a heavy middle eastern accent. he gives this number 610 - 243 - 1818 but the caller i.d. says international number. He told me all i can due for you is wish you luck. Told him to go F off and find a real job and quit trying to scam people and hung up. Be careful they use several different numbers.
I keep getting called from several numbers from this very guy saying that I have a lawsuite and to call him. He calls my cell phone, work phone, and my parents phone almost twice a day. Beware of this guy. thanks
I too keep getting these annoying calls, with a middle-eastern accent, the guy on the other end is a jerk, calls himself Jack Martin, No way with an accent like that.
Do not give any information to them, It some sort of scam about a lawsuit.. Total BS
Yesterday I received a call AT WORK from a guy who represented himself as Charles Jacob from the Federal Crime and Prevention unit. He had a middle eastern accent and asked me how I was doing and seemed pleasant, even thanked me for taking his call. After I said "okay, what can I do for you" he wanted to confirm my name (although I had already answered to my name when I initially answered) the phone) and went into a "script type" of statement where he provided my actual SSN and wanted me to confirm that this was in fact my correct SSN. As my head was spinning, I asked him to repeat what he just said. It took him a minute to figure out "which part" I was asking about. When he did repeat this, it was almost the exact same wording, including my SSN again but this time identifying himself as "an officer of the Federal Crime and Prevention Unit. He claimed that he wanted to discuss my case that had been filed and provided me with the case number (JWB-150-781). When I told him I would have to call him back, he provided the number 610-243-1818. He was very instant that I tell him before I hung up whether or not the local authorities have contacted me about this case - to the point that when I said again that I would call him back his comment was "just tell me if you've been contacted yet". After I said no, he wanted me to tell him when I would call back and reminded me how important this was. I have tried to call back but the number won't ring, it just goes straight to an automated v/mail that only provides a mailbox number of 713306. I don’t know what to do with this, but I am VERY concerned because he already has my name and my SSN.
This number tried to call me at work again today and because I have recently changed jobs, he left me 2 v/mails on my new number and left 2 v/mails on the old number that is now assigned to some else. This is very frustrating and very embarrassing!
When I tried to do a search for a JWB case number, the only thing I could find was connected to the Juvenile Welfare Board (LINK: http://www.jwbpinellas.org/teen-truancy-court)

I have reported this to the FTC, but am also trying to post this information in as many places as possbile to try and gather as much information as possible to stop these people.
