Didn't pick up; left VM = dead air/hangup (no message)

I get a call from this number every night even though I blocked it.

Constant calls day or evening.  I never pick up. They never leave a message.  I am on the do not disturb but they still call.

Get a call daily from this number.  No VM is ever left.  Just tried to return call and message said number has been disconnected.

This number calls constantly. The number is local but I don't know this person. Hopefully this clown act knocks their crap off.
