I am pretty sure that this number is for the Fraternal Order of Police. They usually try to solicit money in support of police officers. I have received many of the same ring and run kind of calls.
I recieved several calls from this number today and then the last time they have called a women left a message that said "I heard you down there been making prank phone calls to.....women" I am hoping they dont call again today.
