Received this annoying call. I am on the do not call list. It’s time the Phone Companies start taking action against these callers. If We harass someone, we get prosecuted. These callers get nothing.
Now it's an electric rate scam. There must be one criminal entity setting up these numbers for various other scammers. They probably get a cut. No doubt you can buy their services on the darkweb. Where is the government? Too busy listening to YOUR calls to catch these scammers. The scammers are actually using the donotcall list for these scams.
