The caller left no message. Not the first time to have received a call from this # and each time, they left no message.

This number calls our home daily and a tv can be heard in the background and sometimes the caller will wickedly laugh into the phone.

they are probably prank calling from a fake caller id service and changing their number. i am sure they know you and are playing games. learn more by googling, "spoof caller id" . you may just start doing it.. moooohahahaha
