Who called from 6103010408

Calls many times, never a message.  Has that tell tale of a short ring, pause then rings again.

Called 6:16pm; Caller ID listed "V21918155700"
Didn't pick up; left VM = dead air/hangup (no message)

I called back this number and they answered "Thanks for calling back, this call is being recorded, I'm calling on behalf of the Pennsylvania Fraternal Order of Police". I asked why they didn't leave a message. The person knew I was on the DO NOT CALL list and added since I called them back they weren't breaking any laws. Pretty slick SOBs!

Called about 15 min ago. The ID on the phone shows up as "V22113135300105..." (Looks like a few more numbers that get cut off) I have to log in to my Verizon acct to see the exact phone number, the 610 number - So it's the FOP, nothing new..I've had these calls before, they don't stop. MAYBE if they have an ID on my phone that said FOP, I'd answer.

Ok, who am I kidding, I wouldnt answer.

I have told them to quit calling . I don't want to gie them any donation
