Came up the first time on caller ID as "Energy MC Inc". Then, the next day, as "unknown."

No message left.

I called this person back and some guy answered, i asked who is this,  the  phone went silent.

had a rebate check and  needed info from  electric bill, account no. so check could be sent out

If you had a rebate check, your power company would already have that information....
